

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2009
4 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Check-in begins at the Montego Bay Resort & Conference Center. With your registration packets, you will receive a map of the city, an event schedule, name tags, VIP reception cards and more! Friday evening Montego Bay will host a family dinner party for registered guests of the hotel at no charge. If you are not staying at the Montego Bay, tickets for the dinner party will be available for sale at the door.
5 p.m. - Delivery of the Ceremonial Wreath by the Philadelphia Police Dragon Boat Team at North Wildwood Municipal Boat Ramp, 5th & New York Avenues.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2009
11 p.m. - Memorial Parade on Atlantic Avenue consisting of Police Units, Honor Guards, Mounted Units, Motorcycles, & more.
4 p.m. - If you are a registered participant staying at the Montego Bay, dinner at Adams Restaurant is included with your room rate and will be served starting at 4:00 pm.
6 p.m. - Thrill Show by Philadelphia Police Department Motorcycle Drill Team at 2nd & Surf Avenues.
7 p.m. - Candlelight Vigil at the Municipal Amphitheater including a Solemn Procession & Wreath Laying Ceremony.
A VIP night-time reception at Westy's Pub will follow the vigil and is by invitation only.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2009
11 a.m. - Farewell Prayer Service at Montego Bay Restaurant, 18th & Boardwalk.
