If your fallen officer has not yet been recognized at the MALESW event, you are considered a first-year attendee. If you would like your hero to be recognized at the vigil on October 1, please download, print and fill out the 'First Year Attendee Officer Submission' form. Your officer's death must be considered 'line-of-duty' and you must be a recognized family member to submit the form. This form must be submitted along with your registration form.
